WonderLab Science Explorations for Grades 1-6 – Human Brains and Evolution

03:00 pm to 03:30 pm
Virtual Event (Zoom)
https://zoom.us/meeting/register/tJwvf--urDorGdZlxzKjgc31vgfha4xWsWjM

Our March Science Explorations theme is the human brain. During this month we will explore our amazing brains. Our activities align with grade 4 Indiana and Next Generation Science Standards and will prepare elementary aged participants for the middle school science investigations of the human body as well as deepen their current science content knowledge and curiosity. For this program, we will look at human evolution and brains. We will bring out WonderLab’s skull collection and explore brain capacity, and brain size over time. We will see what other clues these skulls can give us about human evolution. Come ready to use your brains; Materials are not necessary.

Cost: Free
