Qi Gong Class

Qi Gong is related to yoga and Tai Ji. Its gentle movements balance and strengthen the whole person. Each class is tailored to participants. Regular attendance is suggested, but not required. It’s taught by David Dawson, Ph.D., L.Ac., who has studied Qi Gong and Tai Ji and has an extensive acupuncture and Chinese Medical Herbal practice in Bloomington.
