Healing Loss & Grief-Mini Meditation Retreat

10:00 am to 01:00 pm
On-Line via Zoom-406 S. Walnut
http://www.meditationinbloomington.org

On-Line via Zoom
Loss and grief are universal experiences, and usually we are left with just pain and sorrow. Explore scientific methods to heal loss through compassion and transform grief into genuine acceptance.

“There are many difficult and unpleasant circumstances that we cannot avoid, but we can certainly avoid the unhappiness and anger these circumstances normally provoke in us. It is these habitual reactions to hardship, rather than the hardship itself, that disturb our day-to-day peace of mind, as well as our spiritual practice.”

This mini meditation retreat is led by Gen Kelsang Chokyi, Resident Teacher at KMC Bloomington.

You do not need to be Buddhist to take part and benefit. No previous experience is necessary. Suitable for all levels of experience. Everyone is welcome.

Cost: $20/$15 Student
