Peace is Possible meditation session

It may seem impossible to find peace amidst COVID, work stress, kid’s school and election year! But peace is possible when we understand it’s residing within us right now. During this community event, Gen Chokyi will guided two meditations to connect with our peace and ability to stop following negative thought patterns. She will give a short talk about our ability to use meditation to connect with mental peace.

Masks are required.
Pre-registration is required ASAP — only 16 participants!
