After the story, we will talk about shapes and explore geometry with hands-on activities. In this edition of Dive Deeper we will explore the ocean floor. We will discuss trenches, seamounts, volcanic islands and many more topographic structures of the ocean. We will be making our own ocean floor throughout this program so feel free to bring clay or play dough or any other materials you think you could make an ocean floor out with. We will cover academic standards for 1st, 4th and 5th grade Earth and Space Science. All welcome. Activities designed for all ages.
