Great Wall’s extensive buffet offers dozens of Chinese favorites. To start, hot and sour soup is particularly good, as are pan-fried chicken and pork dumplings dunked in a scallion soy dipping sauce. Top with popping boba, fun tapioca balls that burst when eaten.
