Join WonderLab educators for the book Southwest Sunrise by Nikki Grimes with illustrations by Wendell Minor. After the award-winning story about a boy that moves from New York to New Mexico, we will talk about mountains in new Mexico and do a hands-on activity to learn how they formed. Science Story Time allows young scientists to develop literacy and STEM skills as well as build vocabulary by actively participating in the program. Activities designed for ages 3-6. All welcome.
